10 ways to be physically healthier
1 Yoga - it doesn't have to be the bendy stuff that the Gurus do, just stretch. Copy the asanas that you enjoy but really it's about stretching your body and breathing. Then if you feel inspired to join a yoga class. But for now, just streeeeetch. 2 Breathe - yep, breathe. But do it consciously. Be aware of your diaphragm. Fill your body with breath in a relaxed, effortless way.
3 Massage - either get one or give yourself one. If you don't like massages then you really need one! 4 Smaller portions - stop eating so much. Enjoy a small portion and if you are really hungry later then eat another small portion. 5 Water - drink more water. Not coffee, tea, juice - just WATER. In the winter boil the kettle. In the winter keep a jug in the fridge. 6 Mediate - I do TM. You can start meditating simply by focusing on your breath with your eyes closed for 20 minutes. 7 Relax, consciously - focus on a part of your body (e.g. your shoulders) and feel them relax. Then after 20 seconds focus on another part of your body and feel it relax. Pay attention to parts of your body and observe each part relax until you have relaxed your entire body. 8 Laugh - it's great for your body so look for the fun in each area of your life. 9 Walk - just go for a walk, every day. Get out into nature if at all possible, but a walk around the streets is a good start. 10 Be easy on yourself - just take it easy, slow down and smile.

You are an eternal being. You are not here on Earth to get things done. On your deathbed you will not wish you had got more done.
I encourage you to cherish the best of your life. Do the things you enjoy. But don't rush from one thing to another...in doing so you're missing a large part of the fun!
Take it easy, go with the flow, savour your every moment. Be present.

What does it feel like?
What does it feel like to have more money than you need?
When you feel it you emit a vibration that the Law of Attraction responds to and so you attract more of those things into your life; more of the things that make you feel that way.
You become a magnet - you attract more of whatever you are feeling.
So, when you feel that you have more money than you need then you attract abundance.
How can you create the feelings of having more money than you need?
- can you remember a time when you had all the money you needed?
- once you have been paid each month do you at that point have more than you need?
- when you go out & have $20 but only spend $7, don't you then have more than you need?
I encourage you to start noticing all of the times that you actually DO have more than you need.

When you FEEL abundant then you attract abundance.
What most people do is ignore the abundance in their lives and instead focus clearly and emphatically on the feeling of not having enough!
And guess what the Law of Attraction delivers when you feel like you don't have enough!

The Law of Attraction responds to your feelings. Feel bad? Then you are sending out a negative vibration. The LofA is sending you more stuff to feel bad about.

It's all about your attention. If something has your attention you are asking for more of it.
So when you complain, guess what you are getting more of....yep, stuff to complain about!
When you criticise, guess what.....more stuff for you to criticise is on the way to you.
The Law of Attraction makes it simple - it asks, "What do you want more of?" You answer with your attention.
The LofA does not understand 'no'.

The good life
It's easier than you think. And yet so much effort is made in trying to make stuff happen. What would happen if you just created it all in your imagination first....try it, you might be pleasantly surprised!
Get richer, shave smarter
Ok, so one of the ways to become wealthier is to reduce the amount you spend.
I just had to let you know about the savings I make on shaving.
Previously I shaved with one of those fancy shavers which use blades that cost £15 for 3. Now I use an old-school, traditional Double Edge blade shaver and I pay £1.50 for ten blades (two shaving edges to each blade) for £1.50. Do the math!

So here it is, the secret to wealth.
1 Save 10% of every dollar you receive.
2 Use 20% of every dollar you receive to reduce your debt.
3 Live off 70% of your income.

With EVERY dollar you receive:

* Next, take out 20% and pay it immediately against any debt you have.

Anticipation
Recently my girlfriend and I went on holiday. (I proposed, she said YES, so now we are engaged).
Anyway, we went on holiday and leading up to the departure date we became increasingly excited.
Now the holiday was fantastic. Absolutely wonderful - this is where we went, I absolutely encourage you to visit (http://www.chivasom.com/content/index.htm).
While the holiday was truly amazing I was reminded that in fact the experience started while we were planning the trip. The anticipation of the trip was itself a very big part of it. I would even suggest that the anticipation of the trip was 85% of the enjoyment.
So, this blog post is to remind you to enjoy the now that you are living. It's a reminder to enjoy the feelings you create as you imagine the things you want. It's a suggestion that often the manifestation of the things you want don't bring you as much joy as the anticipation of getting them!

The thought 'said' - "What do you need, now".
Now I thought I was particularly clear about what I needed. I needed money to resolve my financial situation.
The more I focused on being still and quiet the thought keep coming to me - "What do you need, now". Somehow the word 'now' seemed underlined.
Suddenly I realised there was nothing I needed NOW, this instant, this very second. In fact, all of my NEEDS were very well met. And joy rippled through me. I didn't need anything NOW.
And I also felt an enormous sense of well being, a sense of huge prosperity. My needs were met, almost always. And whenever I did need anything the Universe provided it without delay, without fanfare, the need was simply met.
This blog post is here to remind you that if you focus on relaxing and letting the Universe provide for you while staying focused on the things that you want then everything works just fine.
Whatever you focus on is causing the Law of Attraction to bring you more.

Just cruise
I am originally from New Zealand. Us New Zealanders, we call ourselves Kiwis after a native bird [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiwi] are pretty relaxed people. We don't get upset about much.
I was one of the more relaxed Kiwis - my Mother often commented that I 'took things in my stride'. This means that I would go with the flow. I saw no benefit in fighting against what I didn't want. Instead I would casually turn my attention to what I did want.
The result was my life was easy. What I wanted came to me without my effort. I was considered lucky.
Over the years I forgot about how easy it was to create whatever you wanted. I observed how others 'worked hard'. And I too copied what I saw.
This blog post is here to encourage you (and remind me!) to do what I did when I was younger.
Identify what you want, feel what it would feel like to have that, then let it come to you.
Your effort is not required - wait for inspiration. If you're not inspired to act then just relax and let whatever you want come to you. Trust me - it works. And you too can live the easy life.

Law of Attraction
I remember being excited when I first heard about the Law of Attraction. Basically the Law causes to manifest whatever you have your attention on. So, if you spend your day complaining about your job, then the Law provides more things for you to complain about.
So, it makes sense therefore to focus on those things that you like - i.e. imagine or pretend if necessary. Or just find something positive in your life or current situation.
The more you find things you like the more the Law brings more of the same.
Easy, right?
Stop complaining about the things you don't like - you're attracting more of the same!
Stop criticising - you're attracting more of the same!
So, what else can you do? Well once you have stopped complaining and criticising etc then I strongly encourage you to find things you like (all day, every day, always and all ways).
I like that.....
I'd like that....
I enjoy that....
I appreciate that....
I love that.....
That makes me laugh.....
That makes me smile.....
That makes me excited.....
Then the Law of Attraction brings you more and more of the same.
It's easy. Give it a try.

Abundance - notice it in your life to attract more
The Law of Attraction responds to whatever you are giving your attention to.
Do you want more abundance in your life? So, give your attention to abundance - i.e. imagine it, write about it, talk about it. Or, notice the abundance already in your life.
Here's a list of the abundance I notice in my life:
I have zero transport costs.
I have tax refunds coming.
The exchange rate is moving in my favour.
I get free texts and minutes on my cellphone plan.
I share my bills with my fiancee.
If I work after 7.30pm I get free food.
My gym used to be closed on the weekend - it now is open on Saturday for no extra cost to me.
People rent my carparks.
I have found a free advisory website that shows me which shares to invest in.
I have many books.
I have great exercise equipment so I can stay fit at home for free.
My coffee machine makes great coffee and it is much cheaper than Starbucks (+ tastes better!)
The Internet has a huge amount of information for free.
I have loads of music and 3 mp3 players.
I have two Sony cellphones.
I earn residual income.
I have a great Canon digital camera.
My colleague bought me a coffee on Friday.
I have 3 vouchers for free food at a local restaurant.
Lovefilm.co.uk provides us with entertainment very cheaply.
The more often you notice the abundance in your life the more abundance you will attract.
That's the Law of Attraction. It causes your attention to manifest!

You're trying too hard!
I enjoy watching Roger Federer play tennis. He is a master. He always looks so serene and very focused. Federer makes his impressive results appear effortless.
The opposite is true too. When somebody is struggling it is often difficult to watch.
This post is a reminder to relax. Most of us are trying too hard.
The Law of Attraction is clear - ask and it is given. You can't help but ask - contrast causes you to make decisions as to what you like and what you don't like.
Once your preference has been made the Universe answers it and it's done. Yes, IT'S DONE. It's given. You only need to let it in. But trying seems to keep it out!
So, relax. Just relax. And let in what you have asked for.
