A Buddhist monk recently taught me that the 4 C's are responsible for much anxiety in the world.
The 4 C's are:
Compare
Complain
Compete
Criticise
Whenever you do any of these you will feel bad. And bad feelings are things you want to avoid - they stink and taste bad. For how long would you smell something or eat something that was bad?
FEEL GOOD. DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO FEEL GOOD. MAKE IT A PRIORITY. THERE IS NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT.
