Lovin' it

There's an exercise I recommend.
I start each day with it and I repeat the exercise many times during each day.
The exercise is: Find something you like.

Why bother? Well because every time you find something you like the vibration you send out is positive. And positive vibrations feel good. And when you feel good then the Law of Attraction sends you more stuff to feel good about.

Ok? Feel good so the LofA brings you more stuff to feel good about.

Soon enough you will find that there is stuff you feel good about in EVERY situation.
And you will get used to the good feeling vibes so whenever you don't feel good you will notice it immediately. And when you notice it, act on it.
