Chill out

The default is good feeling. If you would just stop doing that thing you do that makes you feel bad then you would find you feel good most of the time.
So chill out. Let go of those bad feeling thoughts and you will find that your mood improves. You will find that your life improves.
It's so simple that most people can't believe how easy it is and so try to complicate it.
Keep it simple. Feel good. That's all ya gotta do. Just feel good.
