Many of us, especially the men, have not been taught how to feel. In fact it's been discouraged. We were told 'big boys don't cry' and had other such ridiculous input as we were growing up.
In fact you need your feelings to guide you. Your feelings indicate whether you are attracting what you want (or NOT!). When you feel good then you are heading in the right direction.
And the Law of Attraction is giving you more things to feel good about.
When you feel bad....LofA is bringing you more stuff that feels bad.
Here's the fix - when you feel bad, STOP. You are attracting more stuff that feels bad.
Now, if you can't find something positive to focus on then get out of that situation and stop thinking about whatever it was that's made you feel bad. Just let go of that thought. Get off it!
Do whatever it takes to let go of that bad feeling thought and replace it with something that feels better. Anything! Now, you're onto something that feels better.....so don't stop there (as Winston Churchill once said, "When you are going through hell, don't stop!"). Keep searching for something to focus on that feels even better....then something even better......and so on. Keep it going. And now the Law of Attraction will bring you more of the same.
Ahhhhh, feeling better.... relaxxxxx and feel good.
